About Us
We are a locally owned repair team that has served Oak Bay since 2020. There is no call centre: when you phone, you speak with the people who come to your home and fix the appliance. Our technicians are licensed and insured, they arrive with a stocked van, and they explain what failed and why before quoting the repair. Shoe covers go on at the door, and the work area is cleaned before we leave.
How It Works
Phone us or book online. Tell us the appliance, the brand and what it is doing, and we will book a visit, often for the same day.
The technician tests the unit in your home, shows you the fault and gives you the full price for parts and labour before starting.
Once you approve, we fix it on the spot where possible, test it with you and back the repair with a 90-day warranty.

We work in Oak Bay only, which keeps our drives short and our arrival windows tight. Yes. Call before noon and in most cases a technician visits and fixes the appliance the same day. We are open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., weekends included. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you how long it will take before you agree to the repair.
A service call fee covers the visit and the diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, the fee is waived. If you decide not to repair, you pay only the service call and keep the diagnosis to use as you like.
Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour. If the same problem comes back within 90 days, we return and fix it at no charge.
We repair all major brands, including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE and Maytag, as well as built-in and European models. If you are not sure about your appliance, call with the brand and model number from the rating plate and we will confirm before booking.
A useful rule of thumb: if the repair costs less than half the price of a comparable new appliance and the unit is still well within its expected lifespan, repairing usually makes sense. Once we have diagnosed the fault, we tell you plainly if a repair is not worth the money.
